Salient Features of Integrated Traffic Management System (ITMS)

One of the key objectives of Guwahati Smart City Limited is to promote better quality of life for residents by enhancing the safety and security, and improving efficiency of services.

The vision of the project is to implement a citizen friendly, holistic, integrated and responsive Integrated Traffic Management System (lTMS). The project will be implemented in 94 (ninety-four) traffic junctions in and around Guwahati City, of which 20 (twenty) junctions has been inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam on 23rd August,2022.
