Terms & Conditions

1. Beneficiary shall have to agree to install  1 (one) number of street lights in my/our compound nearer to the road and facing the road.

2. Beneficiary shall have to agree to pay the energy bill regularly.

3. Beneficiary shall have to agree that the pole, light and the accessories will remain the property of GSCL. The poles will not be shifted/removed/rotated without prior permission of GSCL.

4. Beneficiary shall have to allow the authorized person of GSCL or its representative to inspect the poles and other equipment at any time.

5. Beneficiary shall have to ensure that the total load including the street light does not exceed the sanctioned load of APDCL.

6. Beneficiary shall have to ensure proper safety of the whole unit.

7. Beneficiary shall have to ensure safety of public by proper maintenance of the whole unit.

8. Beneficiary shall have to immediately intimate GSCL in the event of required replacement of
street light fixture.

9. Beneficiary shall have to be responsible for switching on/off the light and give power input for minimum 10 hours.

10. In case of violation of any of the above conditions, Beneficiary shall have to undertake to allow GSCL or its representative to seize the pole/ light and other accessories.

11. Beneficiary shall have to declare that as on date we have not applied for or received a street light under Project Jyoti Scheme under GSCL.

12. Beneficiary shall have to agree to voluntarily provide original proof of identity documents for any verification done by/on behalf of GSCL.

13. Beneficiary shall have to agree that GSCL reserves the right accept/reject application without citing any reason. thereof.

14. Beneficiary shall have to confirm that all details provided in this application are correct/ authentic.
