Citizen engagement 

• Meeting held with MPs/MLAs/Institutions/Stakeholders on 07.09.2015, 21.09.2015 etc.
• Questionnaires were filled from all wards by 31 NGOs in each ward
• Meeting was held at ward level by GMC and Consultant Officials for discussions with ward officials for development and feedback form has been taken
• Essay competition was made for students at Kalashtraand prize distribution also been made
• Seminar was conducted by PHED retired officials
• Tech Fair/Seminar/Workshop was conducted with Stakeholders/Technocrats/Government Officials/Ward members
